Jean Simpson

Jean is the Chief Compliance Officer for Regents Park Funds, LLC. She joined the firm at its inception in 2016 and is responsible for all regulatory compliance functions. Jean has approximately 10 years of investment advisory compliance experience and over 30 years’ experience in bank compliance. Previous positions include the President of the Triac Compliance, LLC, and Senior Vice President, Compliance Officer, CRA Officer and Bank Secrecy Act Officer where she has developed policies and systems designed to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of bank operations.

Jean successfully completed the ABA’s National Graduate Compliance School, where she learned how to deal with a fluctuating regulatory environment and monumental technological innovations within the banking industry.
